Meet the Bargos of Bargo & Associates
Patsy Bargo
Owner, began her successful career in the staffing industry with a large national recruiting firm over 36 years ago. In 1999, Patsy founded Bargo & Associates Staffing Specialists where she continues to be heavily involved in recruiting talent and growing her business. She enjoys helping individuals with their job search and providing local businesses highly qualified employees.
Patsy is also an active participant in the community. She is a member and past President of the National Association of Women Business Owners Louisville Chapter, member of the Louisville Society of Human Resource Managers, Greater Louisville Inc., and the Louisville East Chamber of Commerce.
Outside of professional interests, Patsy enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
Matt Bargo
Patsy's son, is an executive manager and recruiter for Bargo & Associates. He has worked at the business for over 15 years, including part time while in college and full time immediately upon graduation. Matt received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Louisville and is an active member of YPAL.
Matt works hard to exceed all client expectations to either find the best job for a client or an employee for a business.
The past few years, Matt has also applied his expertise and knowledge by working with the Angel Group, a partner of Bargo & Associates. The Angel Group, an executive search firm, serves high profile, global companies from every enterprise to match the best professionals with the most demanding clients.
Matt enjoys golf, traveling and spending time with his dog Bullet.
